Delivery

2FeetTall strives to have your items dispatched to you within 3 working days of receiving your order. From dispatch please allow up to 5 days for New Zealand delivery although generally you can expect 1-2 days in the South Island and 2-5 days in the North Island. Rural delivery may take a little longer. There may be times that dispatch may take a little longer and if this is the case we will inform you either via the website or email.
We will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We ship our goods using a Courier service for NZ deliveries or NZ Post International Express for overseas deliveries.

If you prefer to have your order dispatched to you via a particular Courier Service, please contact us directly via our contact link. Should you feel that your goods did not arrive in good condition, please contact us using our contact form. We are not responsible for loss or damage to goods that are delivered to an incorrect address.

Please note we do ship overseas, however we will not deliver to a Post Office box or any address in which we deem suspicious. We will verify all overseas addresses before shipping the merchandise. Please contact us for a price for overseas delivery.

Free delivery only applies to the maximum order amount of $250. If you are ordering above this amount please contact me to arrange the best option for delivery.
